Magnificent property. Very clean with top notch fittings and fixtures and wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. The beds were very comfortable with quality linen. Very well appointed kitchen with some basics available to assist during the stay. Easily walkable to Arrowtown, but in a lovely quiet new sub-division.

Great House
We were staying 4 nights on a golf trip but didn’t want to stay in Qtown.
Arrowtown is a beautiful little ex Gold Mining town and so picturesque. The house is a short walk into town and has everything you need. It’s a great place and we will be back for sure!

Beautiful viewing house
This was the first time my family and I stayed in arrowtown in the winter. sitting in the hall we had a great view of snowy mountains. Thank you sarah for a memorable holiday for us!

A lovely Stay
We've got 5 people and stayed for 3 nights. Very good property condition, clean and tidy. Convinient location, 10mins walk to town center and 30mins drive to queenstown. Will definitely recommand.
